- Scope of Services
Quality Concept Welding Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides Third Party Inspection (TPI), Welding Consultancy, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Positive Metal Identification (PMI), and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) services.
The scope of each service will be defined in a formal agreement or work order prior to commencement. - Service Request and Confirmation
All service requests must be submitted via email or in writing, detailing the requirements.
A formal confirmation will be issued upon receipt of a signed work order and advance payment as per the agreed terms. - Payment Terms
Payment terms are governed by the company’s “Payment Policy”.
Services will not commence without the agreed advance payment unless otherwise stated in the work order. - Service Deliverables
Deliverables (e.g., reports, certificates, and results) will be provided as per the agreed timeline, barring unforeseen circumstances.
All deliverables are shared electronically unless otherwise requested. - Client Obligations
Clients must ensure that all necessary site conditions, materials, and access to equipment are provided to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges or rescheduling. - Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be kept confidential unless required by law.
Likewise, clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods or processes used by the company. - Cancellations and Postponements
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or postponements.
Charges may apply for cancellations or rescheduling beyond this period. - Liability
Quality Concept Welding Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damages or delays caused by factors outside its control, such as equipment failure, environmental conditions, or client-induced delays.
Liability for claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the service fees paid. - Compliance
All services will adhere to applicable standards, codes, and regulations relevant to the industry.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all required permits and approvals are in place before commencing services. - Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office. - Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party fails to comply with the agreed terms.
Upon termination, the client will be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination. - Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
